ORDERING PROCESS: Not your ordinary site, We won't let you make a mistake.
Online customers shop for price & convenience. Ordering the wrong cushion or ignoring QUALITY is not convenient.

1) Measure your cushions or furniture (if you want factory replacement cushions, click on replacement cushions.
2) Click on type of cushion (example: Seat Cushions), make selections and submit order request.

3) You will receive a return e-mail with price quote, freight charges, confirmation of details, shipping date & details you may have overlooked; e.g. firmness desired, fill material, rounded or square corners, sew pattern, buttons, type of tie...
4) Following any corrections, you will receive a confirmed order (second e-mail)
5) Call 909-758-6179 to pay for order (We won't accept online payment -- all transactions processed via secure terminal -- BofA Merchant Services).

1) Cheap import cushions don't last; USA Sunbrella® outdoor cushions last for years

2) Sunbrella fabric will last for many years, providing GOOD THREAD and GOOD FOAM are used

3) Other acrylic fabrics are usually inferior substitutes for Sunbrella® Outdoor Cushions

4) Cushions that are curved or irregular, should not be attempted online.
Consequently WE ONLY DO standard square, rectangular & tapered shapes with a slight back or seat curve if desired. The only exception involves mailing us a paper template or cushion.

5) Hinged (seat to back) cushions are not recommended. They tend to soil/stain at the hinge. Moreover, hinged cushions limit the quality & thickness of foam being utilized. Independent seat & back cushions with ties are simply better. We will hinge a chaise lounge pad up to 4" thick.... the trade off reduces the price significantly. We also provide divider seams in contoured chairs such as Tropitone® when necessary.
