Sunbrella Outdoor replacement cushions for higher end brands of outdoor furniture such as Brown-Jordan can be extremely expensive when purchased through higher end patio stores. Typically a "select few" cushion manufacturers inventory templates for Brown-Jordan. When utilizing this system, you will pay dearly. Moreover, there's no guarantee the cushion will fit because many outdoor furniture manufacturers change frame dimensions - sometimes at mid year. Moreover, many dealers order furniture "frame only" & have a local manufacturer make the cushion. You may not have a "factory cushion".

Over the years, we discovered that a few templates fit most high end brands. If given the dimensions of your furniture, we know exactly the cushion to make, because we've been making replacement cushions for Brown-Jordan outdoor furniture for years.

HOW TO ORDER
1) Proper Fit:
  Don't assume that simply providing style of furniture will guarantee proper fit. Many manufacturers provide model numbers of cushions that fit several styles of furniture - - maybe yours - - maybe not.
MEASURE WIDTH & DEPTH of old cushions or frame.
   
2) Fabric Selection:
  We can use ANY Sunbrella® fabric made. Our website displays the most popular fabrics & the ones that provide the best value. We don't use non-Sunbrella® polyspun fabrics because they don't last. For ALL Sunbrella® & Outdura fabrics see sunbrella.com or outdura.com. Specialty weaves involve upgrade charges. They usually aren't any more durabe or waterproof than basic Sunbrella® Fabric.
   
3) Order Form:
  Click on the type of cushion e.g. (seat cushion) & provide rough dimensions. We'll confirm EXACT dimensions via e-mail.
   
4) Get EXACT price / freight quotations by submitting order request:
  Include your PHONE or EMAIL. (Otherwise we get an unknown order request)
   
• Quality outdoor foam and fiber:
  Cumulus (fiber) fill alone tends to break down (sag). Cheap soft foam results in you bottoming out - - no support. We use multi-layers of quality outdoor foam & fiber.
   
• Firmness Option You Desire:
  We customize firmness by varying the density of foam/fiber so you get a comfortable cushion
   
• Maximum Durability:
  You don't put good carpet on a cheap pad; you don't put Sunbrella® fabric on cheap foam or fiber fill. Many customers focus on fabric selection & take fill material for granted. BIG MISTAKE!
   
• Fabric Selection:
  We can probably get any acrylic fabric made. We prefer Sunbrella®. All Sunbrella® fabrics aren't the same price. We don't cost average. You get what you pay for.
   
• Value
  Specialty weaves involve upgrade charges.
They usually aren't any more durabe or waterproof than basic Sunbrella® Fabric.
