• DON'T ASSUME YOU HAVE A FACTORY CUSHION
Many dealers order furniture "frame only" & have a local manufacturer make the cushion. You may not have a "factory cushion". Your factory cushion may have been imported. Made in USA should mean BETTER. We make improvement suggestions for your "factory cushion".

• DON'T ASSUME A SO CALLED FACTORY REPLACEMENT WILL FIT
Factory replacement specifications are frequently issued by cushion item number. Maybe the cushion fits your style of furniture -- maybe not. We won't make a replacement cushion unless you're willing to measure your old cushions. We then compare your measurements with factory specifications. Many outdoor furniture manufacturers change frame dimensions - sometimes at mid-year. Do you have an early or late model version of the same style?

• DON'T ASSUME CUSHIONS/FRAMES ARE THE SAME
As one customer discovered, "Every cushion & frame on my dining set differs!"
Even so-called high end furniture can vary as much as 1 inch. Patio furniture OEM is not the same as Mercedes or BMW OEM / Tolerances. Moreover we have seen "factory cushions sewn differently on the same collection. - - You can order without measuring but we ultimately want to do a quick measurement check to assure you have the right frame/cushion.

• DON'T ASSUME A "FACTORY REPLACEMENT" IS THE SAME:
Thickness / Density / Comfort, as the original.
Over the years, numerous customers (who initially ordered elsewhere) turned to us after discovering the cushions they received from another manufacturer weren't even close to the comfort level / thickness / density of the original cushions. Beware of sources saying "Made to fit Brown-Jordan, Mallin, Hanamint, etc." That does not mean the QUALITY of the foam, thread and sew pattern is the same as factory OEM.

• MAKE YOUR CUSHIONS BETTER THAN THE ORIGINALS
Technological improvements in fabric, foam & sewing techniques allow us to make a better cushion than you could get say 10 years ago. Newer cushions are frequently fully reversible, have velcro ties that are removeable and use Gore UV thread with lifetime warranty. Moreover, we can adapt fill material to climatic extremes (Rain in Seattle, Mildew in Florida, Blazing sun in Phoenix)
